Evelyn Hinds
When Evelyn was a docent at the Philbrook Art Museum, she portrayed her first historical character, Laura Clubb. The success of that presentation led her to bring Corrie ten Boom to life for her church's women's retreat. After that first performance as Corrie, Evelyn says "The women who came to give me a hug and thank me had faces wet with tears. I knew God had used what I had done to touch their hearts." Florence Littauer's teaching on the personalities changed Evelyn's life. Always searching to understand her own behavior and others, she began to use the teaching as a tool to understand and love others. Evelyn completed the CLASS seminar, became a Certified Personality Trainer, and attended an Advanced Mentoring seminar with Florence Littauer. She uses that training as well as her education and training from her college days to teach whenever she stands before an audience. There were many "dark threads" that were part of the tapestry of Evelyn's life that caused growth that she shares in her seminars. The victory and hope that God has given her inspires others to trust God and seek His plans. Evelyn is a wife and the mother of one grown son. She and her husband live in the Dallas Metroplex.
